This Privacy Notice explains how Nova AI Studio ("Nova AI Studio", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you use our website, AI agents, booking tools, and related services (the "Service"). Nova AI Studio is the controller of personal data processed through the Service.

  • Workspace and content data: agents, prompts, generated outputs, booking settings, booking link entries submitted by your customers.
  • Support data: messages you send us.
  • Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser/device identifiers, pages viewed, feature usage.
  • Cookies: essential cookies for sign-in and security; limited analytics cookies to improve the Service.

2. How we use data

  • Create and operate your account and workspaces.
  • Provide AI agents, booking tools, and related features.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Improve and debug the Service.
  • Respond to support requests.
  • Send service and transactional messages.

3. Legal basis (UK/EEA users)

We process personal data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, on the basis of our legitimate interests (running and securing the Service), and with your consent where required.

  • Service providers / subprocessors that host the Service, run our database and AI inference, and provide analytics and support tooling.
  • Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle), our Merchant of Record, which handles checkout, billing, payment processing, tax compliance, invoicing, and refund handling for all purchases. Paddle acts as a separate controller for payment data.
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) when needed.
  • Authorities when required by law.

5. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. Retention

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal, tax, and security needs. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability of your data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent.
